Meeting Dates

Meetings are held at 18:30 on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except August and December) and ends at 21:00, after a 'Meet the Presenters' & Networking Session. Attendees are then invited to Spring Grove public house, Bloomfield Road, KT1 2SF for further (less-formal) networking!

Location

Location - Kingston University kindly let us use one of their rooms in the John Galsworthy Building which is situated at the Penrhyn Road Campus (KT1 2EE). The exact room sometimes changes and we don't have any signage on-site so please ensure you sign up for Meeting Invitations for the exact room number.

Parking

There is lots of free parking on Fassett Road (adjacent to the car park) but there’s also a paid car park in the university grounds (the machine is at the south entrance of the car-park). From the car-park you can also walk into the rear entrance of the John Galsworthy Building directly.

Refreshments

There is a café (The Picton Room) by the front entrance to the university; they sell a variety of hot & cold drinks and snacks which can be purchased on the way in and consumed at the meeting. It may get warm during the meeting so please bring a bottle of water with you (there are also water fountains onsite).
